Journal or Series Editor

Versita publishes English language journals and other serials owned by research institutes, societies, universities and other organizations. We publish them in subscription-based (paid access) model, and in open access model. The choice depends on your strategy.

If you want to offer open access to your serial’s full-text content, we will be pleased to publish your serial either in publisher-pays model or in author-pays model. In the publisher-pays model, neither the reader pays for access to the content, nor the author pays for publishing in the serial, thus the publishing costs are borne by the organization to which the serial belongs. In the author-pays model, publishing costs are borne by the organization to which the author belongs.

If you prefer to stick to the subscription model, where the content is available only to libraries and individuals who have paid for it, Versita will be pleased to publish your journal with one of our publishing partners. Today we collaborate with Springer and de Gruyter.

If you want to focus on the editorial work, and consider outsourcing some or all publishing functions to a professional publisher, Versita is the right partner. No matter if you prefer open or paid access, Versita can offer you professional publishing.
