Instrutctions for Authors

Annales UMCS sectio B publishes original and survey contributions on physical geography, social-economic geography, regional geography, and also related sciences. Submission of an article for publication in Annales UMCS implies that the work is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Papers available at /auggmp/ can serve as a model for preparing article for publication.
All papers are reviewed. After preliminary assessment made by the Editor, scientific manuscripts are sent to Reviewers (their names are not revealed to Authors). The Reviewers’ opinions (together with the Editor’s comments) are transmitted to Authors who make the required corrections, and return one printout copy and electronic version of the revised manuscript together with original figures. After technical editing, the proofs are sent to Authors for author’s revision: without it the manuscript cannot be printed. Authors should correct only typesetting errors. Any additional changes of the text or figures, proposed by Authors at this stage, can be accepted only in special and justified cases. Authors receive one free copy of the volume in which their article has been printed, and additionally 10 free copies of their article.
