"Interactome" publishes research on all species and all aspects of interacting molecules in the cell.
-
"Interactome" keeps readers up to date on developments in specific and global connections between DNA, RNA and proteins.
-
"Interactome" also publishes articles about new technologies and methods for studying interacting cellular molecules providing readers with new tools and techniques they can use in their own systems.
-
"Interactome" is a hub for your high-throughput "omic" experiments followed by thorough analysis.
-
"Interactome" features research performed by individuals all over the globe, helping readers to connect with potential collaborators and correspondents.

"Interactome" is an international journal that publishes cutting-edge research on the biology of interacting cellular molecules. New technologies and computational methods are producing increasingly detailed views of how genes and proteins function in the cell, assemble into pathways, and eventually how these pathways function in health and disease. Thus, the journal will present global molecular interactions of DNA, RNA and proteins within a cell. For example, we welcome studies using ChIP-seq approaches followed by thorough analysis and bioinformatic characterization. Similarly, we encourage deep-sequencing experiments which involve clear description and interpretation of the data.
