The NISPAcee Journal of Pub­lic Administration and Policy is predominantly devoted to public administra­tion and public policy issues in Central and East­ern Europe. Its goal is to publish top quality pa­pers based on own empirical research carried out in Central and Eastern Europe, and theoretical papers developing general public administration and public policy theory, or their specific dimen­sions in the region. It is devoted to all interested parties – acade­micians, politicians and public officials – to help develop public administration and public policy theory and practice in our region.
