Transcriptome Profiling (TP) is an international journal focusing on the applications to assess transcriptomes in a big (whole genome) and a small range. Thereby it facilitates the exchange of researchers working with similar techniques but on different topics.
The variety of topics covered includes, but is not restricted to:
-
health vs. disease conditions (e.g. tumors, diabetes, addiction, psychiatry)
-
phenotypic variability
-
animal, plant, microbial transcriptomics
-
developmental and cell biology
